How refunds, swaps and cancellations work for our weekly nutrition plans.

1. Overview

We want every Anklebiokne plan to feel useful. If something is not quite right, this page explains how to fix it. Our policy is designed to be friendly, fair and consistent with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. What you are buying

Our plans are digital weekly packs containing a calendar, shopping list, prep notes and a small library of recipes. They are delivered to you by email and as printable PDFs.

3. Your right to cancel

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next weekly billing date. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. The current week\u2019s plan, if already delivered, remains yours to use.

If you change your mind within 14 days of starting a new subscription, you may be entitled to a refund of any unused weeks under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please write to us as soon as possible.

4. Refunds

We process refunds in the following situations:

  • If a weekly plan is not delivered as advertised \u2014 we will resend it or refund that week.
  • If you cancel within the statutory cooling-off period \u2014 we will refund unused weeks.
  • If you experience a clear technical fault that prevents you from accessing the plan \u2014 we will resolve the issue or refund the affected week.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Swaps and pauses

You can switch between plans (for example from Solo Rhythm to Two at the Table) at any time. Switches take effect from the following week. You can also pause your plan for up to 8 consecutive weeks at no charge.

6. How to request a refund or change

The simplest way is to write to us via the Contact page. Please include:

  1. The email address associated with your subscription.
  2. A short description of what you would like to change.
  3. For refunds, the week or weeks affected and a brief reason.

7. Response times

We aim to respond to refund and change requests within one working day, Monday to Friday. Most refund requests are resolved within three working days.

8. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where:

  • The request is clearly outside any statutory or stated period.
  • The plan has been substantially used or shared widely without permission.
  • The request relates to taste preference for individual recipes, where alternative swaps were already provided.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For independent advice, you can contact Citizens Advice.

10. Updates

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time. The \u201cLast updated\u201d date will reflect any change. The version in force at the time you start a plan applies to that plan unless we agree otherwise.
